Refund and Return Policy

Shuu Sakurai (“We,” “Our,” or “Us” for the purposes of this document.)

All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

While we do not provide refunds or accept returns of items from customers, there are certain exceptions to this. We may provide refunds in the following rare scenarios:

• If one or more of the items you purchased are lost by one of our shipping providers.
• There is a problem during delivery that is not due to an error by the customer.
• There is major damage to a purchased item on arrival.

If a delivery is returned to our return address due to a problem with shipping, we will reach out to the customer’s provided email address, providing the option for us to attempt shipment a second time, provided that the customer pays the shipping price. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for any redelivered items.

If you have a problem with your order (for example, a defective product), please contact us at moc.iarukasuuhsobfsctd@troppus. If the problem is on our end, the Shuu Sakurai support team will cover the cost of redelivery.

Mailing/Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over what happens to it. Depending on the shipping options for your country, the package may or may not have a tracking number. This is out of our control as it is up to the shipping providers in your area. If your order has a tracking number with delivery updates, it will be through the email provided. If there is a problem during delivery or delivery tracking, please contact the carrier or your local post office.

It is not our responsibility if mail is lost or stolen. Please take the time to keep an eye out for and accept your packages.

We will notify you through email if your order is returned to us due to an error in your delivery address or for any other reason.

Payment for the shipping label will be required for any redelivery necessary (where Shuu Sakurai is not at fault).

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order to ensure that you receive your package on time and without problems.

For preordered items, please be aware that release dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. If a manufacturer changes the release date of a product, we will update this information on the product item page and notify all customers who have preordered the item via email. Your understanding and patience in such circumstances are greatly appreciated.
